Built and maintained portals for Indonesia's National Single Window and the Ministry of Manpower, and restored a non-operational data center.

Nearly four years as Project Manager at the Ministry of Manpower and a stint as IT Development Manager: Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery, escalations, vendor coordination, and client onboarding.
